Cooking Demonstration: Garlic is as Good as Ten Mothers

We all know about the nutritional properties of garlic but cooking with it can be tricky as anyone who has ever burnt it can attest. Now that we are all growing our own (see Simply Stinky on October 14), let’s learn some new ways to use it. In this cooking demonstration, we’ll be using it raw, roasted, sautéed and in some surprising combinations.
