Pres-Herb-VaTion

The herb garden is burgeoning! That means, there will be lots of plant material to play with at PresHerbVaTion on Saturday September 13th.

You will make one of each of these: a flavored salt, a flavored sugar, an infused honey, an herbal salt and an herbal vinegar. Each in its own neat little jar with perfect little labels and ties. Such fun!

We host many wonderful speakers, and Professor Toshio Okimatsu is one of them.
