Who loves herbal vinegars?
This past weekend we harvested herbs for the Herbal Vinegar Class. There's Cuban Basil and La Crema Sage. Ole Kentucky Mint and Bronze Fennel. 3 kinds of Oregano - Oh the fun we'll have concocting wonderful herbal vinegars!

Citrus and Spice and Everything Nice
How many of you know Well Sweep Herb Farm?
It's filled with plant treasures and we have one of them teaching here! David Hyde, owner of this unique nursery, is coming with all kinds of spice and citrus trees.
