Treat yourself to a cooking demonstration with our resident Chef and Master Gardener Cynthia Triolo. It's a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon: learn to cook something new, taste some great food and get inspired to try the recipes at home. Cynthia has been teaching cooking to both children and adults for over 20 years and her classes always sell out. She was trained in New York and Paris and worked at several of New Jersey's best restaurants, hotels and catering companies. She also owned the Rose City Bakery Café in Madison for over 10 years prior to teaching at the Arboretum. Whole Foods Market in Madison sponsors the classes and provides all the high quality ingredients used.
