THE FRIENDS MEMBERS ONLY NEW YEAR’S PARTYA wonderful afternoon was had by all who attended this annual event for Members of the Friends on Sunday, January 13. Dorothy Smullen gave a most interesting talk on The Botany and History of Holiday Dessert, which was followed by a delicious array of finger foods, both sweet and savory. Following are a couple of photos of this lovely afternoon, taken by Meri Tango; thank you Meri! We also want to thank our very talented floral arrangers, Marge Hulstrunk, Sherrie Carr and Russell Gatzke for the beautiful table decorations. |
