Thank you for your payment. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may log into your account at www.paypal.com/us to view details of this transaction.
Your credit card transaction is being processed by our credit card processor, PayPal. Your transaction will show on your credit card statement as originating from PayPal, with additional detail of “FRIENDSFREL” somewhere in the transaction.
Cancellation Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for a program, follow the directions below and we will be happy to arrange for a prompt refund.
We ask you, however, not to attempt to obtain a refund by disputing the transaction with your credit card company since this results in a $20 charge to the Friends from the credit card processor. If this situation arises, the customer will be asked to reimburse this fee.
How to Cancel
To cancel your registration, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, the name of the program and the number of spaces you are cancelling.
To receive a refund for most programs, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the program. Certain programs such as bus trips, however, have special cancellation provisions. Please see the program details on our Events page for specific information.
If a program is cancelled by The Friends due to inclement weather, a cancellation message will be posted on our phone system (973-326-7603). Please check there if you are concerned.
Full refunds will be made in the event of such cancellations.
